🕔 Evening Schedule

5:00 PM –  Doors Open, Check-In, Cocktail Hour, Deck of Dreams, Raffle, Corsage Pick Up, Photo Booth
6:30 PM –  Main Event Seating Begins
7:00 PM – Buffet Dinner Opens, Event Programming Begins, Silent Auction Closes 
7:45 PM – Fundraising Fun: Heads or Tails, Live Auction, Raise the Paddle, Dessert Dash
9:00 PM – Dancing “Under the Stars” with our live DJ
10:00 PM – Event Concludes 

👗 What to Wear

Think “Prom Night—Reimagined!” From formal wear to nostalgic flair, feel free to dress up in your best prom-inspired look or whatever makes you feel fabulous. Sequins, tuxes, or sneakers—all are welcome.
🚗 Parking

Free parking is available on-site. We recommend arriving early to allow time for check-in and photos. Carpooling is encouraged!

💐 Corsage Pick-Up

Pre-ordered corsages and boutonnieres can be picked up at the welcome table. Didn’t pre-order? No problem—we’ll have a limited number available for purchase during the social hour.

🎟️ Tickets & Check-In Bring your confirmation email or just your name—our team will be ready to check you in at the door. No physical ticket required.
🧸 Childare We’re raising money for the kids—but this night is just for the grown-ups! Childcare won’t be provided, so line up a sitter and get ready for a fun evening out.
